Study of Nb/Nb xSi1− x/Nb Josephson junction arrays

AC I – V curve of junctions in series measured at 6.2 K. The horizontal and vertical divisions are 5 mV and 5 mA respectively. The microwave frequency is 6.31 GHz corresponding to a 13-μV voltage step for each junction.
