The pumped charge current I LR versus Fermi level E F for different pumping phase difference Δ φ in a ZGNR p–n junction. The on-site energies of the left, the middle, and the right ZGNRs are U L = 0.1 eV, U C = 0.0 eV, U R = −0.1 eV, respectively. The pumping frequency is set to ħω = 0.02 eV.
