An iterative virtual projection method to improve the reconstruction performance for ill-posed emission tomographic problems

Flow chart. Firstly, virtual projections will be fabricated after random replacement of meshes based on measured projections. Then the correction coefficients will be determined and used to reconstruct the 2D distribution. After each iteration, smoothing filtering is used to calculate the integral length correction coefficient for the next iteration.
