Comparison among reconstruction errors. In each figure, in the first situation, the Tikhonov regularization method is used with a best regularization coefficient α with one significant digit which makes the reconstruction error determined by Eq. ( 10 ) minimal. In the second situation, the TR method is combined with 15 times virtual projections without iterative correction (TR + VP), and in the last situation, the TR method is combined with 15 times virtual projections after 10 times iterative correction (TR + IVP).
