Raman spectra under Z(XX) configurations for InP1−xBix samples, with 0 ≤ x ≤ 2.46%, in the range from 75 cm−1 to 700 cm−1. InBi-like optical vibration modes are observed in the low-frequency region (marked I). InP-like optical vibration modes are observed in the medium frequency region (marked II), while InP-like optical vibration overtones are observed in the high frequency region (marked III).
