Electron transport in electrically biased inverse parabolic double-barrier structure

Transmission coefficient as a function of electron energy calculated for two different (a) height asymmetries (VL = 100 meV and VL = 125 meV) and (b) thickness asymmetries (WL = 1 nm and WL = 2.5 nm). We set LW = WR = 5 nm and VR = 150 meV.
