Raman spectra for Al2O3 content values of 0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.15 mol at room temperature. The bands denoted as a and b are the asymmetric stretching modes of octahedral MnO6. The band d is due to the stretching vibration of tetrahedral AlO4. The symmetric stretching, antisymmetric stretching, and stretching vibration modes of tetrahedral GeO4 are assigned to c, f, g, e, and h, respectively.
