The polarization correlation curve: panel (a) is the image with a pair of long-pass filters; and panel (b) is the image with a pair of interference filters. Here, the black squares represent the counts which are measured by the | H 〉-polarization in the first path and 22.5°-polarization in the other path, and the black full line is the fitted curve by the black squares; the red dots represent the counts which are measured by the |+〉-polarization in the first path and 22.5°-polarization in the other path, and the red dotted line is the fitted curve by the red dots. It is observed that the latter induces the better quality.
