Efficient loading of a single neutral atom into an optical microscopic tweezer*

Experimental simulation of preparing single atom in a two-dimensional tweezer array. Individual traps in these patterns have a loading probability close to unity. The array of microscopic tweezers is simulated using a three-dimensional positioner with an adjusting accuracy of 0.5 µm.
