The AC susceptibility χ ac measured in a zero dc magnetic field as a function of temperature at the frequencies of 0.5, 0.9, 1, 5, and 7 kHz for α -Ga2− x Fe x O3 with (a) x = 0.1, (b) 0.2, (b) 0.3, and (d) 0.4. The top and bottom panel of each figure correspond to the real () and imaginary ( χ ac) parts of χ ac. The AC driving magnetic field has an amplitude of 5 Oe. Insets of the bottom panel show χ ac in low temperature range, and arrows show the peak temperature of the corresponding samples.
