Temperature effect on the electronic structure of Nb:SrTiO3 (100) surface*

(a) XPS spectrum collected from a pristine STO (100), and the chosen photo-energy is 720 eV. The XPS spectra from the C 1s (b), O 1s (c), Ti 2p (d) regions are collected at the pristine STO sample with the same photo-energy ( hν = 720 eV).
