Krypton ion irradiation-induced amorphization and nano-crystal formation in pyrochlore Lu₂Ti₂O₇ at room temperature

GIXRD patterns obtained from the Lu₂Ti₂O₇ irradiated with 600-keV Kr³⁺ ions to a fluence of 1.45 × 10¹⁶ ions/cm² at room temperature, with the x-ray incident angle ( α ) varying from 0.1° to 3.0°.
