The electron energy loss spectrum of xenon measured at an impact energy of 1500 eV and a scattering angle of 6°. Herein the prime in the electronic configuration means the Rydberg series converges to 4d92D3/2, in order to distinguish with the Rydberg series converging to 4d92D5/2.
