Effects of surface adsorbed oxygen, applied voltage, and temperature on UV photoresponse of ZnO nanorods

Time-resolved photocurrent rises and decays of ZnO nanorods sample 3 in air with gate voltage ( V gate) values of 0 V (a), and 10 V, −10 V, −15 V (b) with the same bias voltage of 4 V between anode and cathode ( V a − c). Temperatures are 23.5 °C ((a) and (b)) and 59 °C (c).
