Effects of surface adsorbed oxygen, applied voltage, and temperature on UV photoresponse of ZnO nanorods
Zong Xian-Li, Zhu Rong†

Time-resolved photocurrent rise and decay of ZnO nanorods sample 1 in air ((a)–(c)) and vacuum (4 Pa∼6 Pa) ((d)–(f)) at bias voltages between anode and cathode ( V a − c) of 2, 3, 4 V (from left to right, respectively. All the measurements are conducted under the illumination of a 365-nm UV LED with an intensity of 1.26 mW at 23.5 °C under 13% RH.
