Abstract  For multiphoton Jaynes-Cummings(JC) model Hamiltonian, we find its supersymmetric structure. Based on this, we introduce a supersymmetric unitary transformation to diagonalize the JC Hamiltonian, in so doing, its eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are obtained. The transition process is also calculated.
