摘要: Chalcogenide glasses (ChGs) are a promising candidate for applications in nonlinear photonic devices. In this paper, we review the research progress of the third-order optical nonlinearity (TONL) of ChGs from the following three aspects:chemical composition, excitation condition, and post processing. The deficiencies in previous studies and further research of the TONL property of ChGs are also discussed.
